Meet Jill
Jill Vyn is a proud parent and former nonprofit leader who understands what it is like to carry a lot while trying to stay steady. She works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to experience greater trust, clarity, and steadiness, especially during seasons of growth, responsibility, and change.
Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable leadership begins with the relationship people have with themselves. Drawing on personal experience, Jill understands how easily internal pressure, over-responsibility, and constant striving can become the default, leaving even highly capable individuals disconnected from their own clarity, capacity, and well-being.
Jill supports thoughtful, high-performing people who are carrying a lot and recognize that pushing harder is no longer the answer. They don't need more productivity strategies. They need a steadier way to navigate challenges, make decisions, and lead themselves while remaining fully engaged in their work and life.
Drawing from trauma-aware coaching, nervous system regulation, deep inner work, spirituality, and practical leadership principles, Jill helps people release unnecessary pressure, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate the presence and resilience needed to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
